Hey I'm a big fan of your content. I'm reaching out because I've been having a really frustrating issue with Roblox, and I was hoping you might be able to speak up about it. I bought a dance animation called "SHAKE THAT THANG" for 75 Robux. A few months later, it disappeared from my inventory with no explanation. I contacted Roblox Support, but they never helped me. I never got a refund either. I'm not the only one. Thousands of other players are losing items and Robux with no help. Roblox keeps making updates that hurt players—like k**ling donation games and forcing age verification for chat—and it feels like they only care about money now. I'm not asking you to fix my problem.
